Saturday August 20, 2011

So today is Saturday. I have to go see my GP because I went to the hospital on Thursday. I was given pain meds but no testing or anything. Big surprise considering where I live. So today hopefully she will be able to provide me with a bit of meds or something atleast to help me with the pain . I am still trying to watch what I eat a little as I am not able to exercise at the moment. Tomorrow I will be starting a 3 day water fast just so I can see how it may affect my bowel. I have had surgery on it and think that maybe a fast might be helpful.

Max Planck Diet- Day 4

Ok so I have stopped the Max Planck diet. Only because I am in the middle of moving and this diet is hard to follow when I do not have the means to get what I need. I am now without a car. YAY!! I mean yay I sold it but I am a little worried as to how I will get around now since I have been told not to walk to much because of medical issues. 
I am still going to try and eat sensible and record weight loss and exercises. 

Max Planck Diet- Day 3

Ughhh. So day 3 and I couldn't do it. I gorged myself. Ughh so disappointed. I did weigh myself and I lost a pound... But I dont know if that is because of the diet or not. I will try tomorrow to eat sensible tomorrow and get back on track. Cannot believe I just gorged myself. Really feeling pretty down.
On another note. I have my appt. on Monday and I am hoping to hear some good news. We shall see!!

Max Planck Diet- Day 2

Ahh... So day two have commenced and it's not all bad. I mean I am not hungry surprisingly but I have chocked that up to the fact that coffee is making me not hungry. I mean ... who really drinks black coffee when they love sugar? :p Anywho. Will update for the rest of the day tonight. Hopefully I get the exercise in that I want. Other wise I will be a little disappointed. 
It is now roughly 9 pm and ohh my gosh. This diet is easy but I also want to eat other things. The ham is not half bad but at the same time I just want something different already. I hoped online so I can check somethings out to keep me from eating anything other then what is on the diet. Walk in the house and there is Nicole from the PussyCat Dolls and there we go motivation :p
Hopefully my 3rd day will go smoother. That I am pretty sure it will considering all the work that needs to take place because of moving.

Max Planck Diet- Day 1

Diet Sheet of the Max Planck Diet which was apparently suggested by the Max Planck Institute:

Day 1 of the Max Planck Diet
. Breakfast: As much coffee as you like. No sugar
. Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, spinach (slightly salted)
. Dinner: 1 large grilled steak or 3 fried beef steaks, salad and celery
Day 2 of the Max Planck Diet
. Breakfast: Black coffee, no sugar and one bread roll.
. Lunch: 1 large steak, salad and any kind of fruit
. Dinner: unlimited amount of cooked ham
Day 3 of the Max Planck Diet
. Breakfast: black coffee, no sugar and one bread roll
. Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, salad and tomatoes
. Dinner: cooked ham and salad
Day 4 of the Max Planck Diet
. Breakfast: black coffee, no sugar and one bread roll.
. Lunch: 1 boiled egg, raw or boiled carrots and Swiss cheese
. Dinner: fruit and plain yoghurt
Day 5 of the Max Planck Diet
. Breakfast: carrots with lemon and black coffee
. Lunch: steamed fish and tomatoes
. Dinner: 1 steak with salad
Day 6 of the Max Planck Diet
. Breakfast: black coffee and 1 bread toll
. Lunch: grilled chicken
. Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, carrots
Day 7 of the Max Planck Diet
. Breakfast: Tea with lemon juice
. Lunch: 1 grilled steak, any kind of fruit
. Dinner: whatever you like!

. The diet is repeated from the beginning on the 8 th day. Thereafter you can eat normally.
. If you stick to the diet plan you will lose 9kg. (So it is claimed!!)
. This diet causes the metabolic rate to change which prevents you from putting on weight for the next 3 years. (So it is claimed!!)
. The consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden in this diet.

Naked Fantasies Beginning

 All my life has been a set up for weight gain. In 2006 I enlisted in the Army at a weight of 150 lbs and 30 percent body fat. During my time in ( which wasn't long) I had a couple heat strokes. The aftermath had made me undeployable so I ended up getting a discharge for medical reasons. Shortly after my discharge my fiance was deployed. ( And by short time I mean a week or two ) So there I was alone and unable to drive. I was a very paranoid person coming out of the Army. So as a result I barely left the house. I did everything I could think of not to. And as a result I got up to weighing 180 lbs by the time my fiance got home. We got married a month later after he got home. And then we found out we were pregnant another month later. During this time my relationship with my mother was not there. Even though we always argued once I started college and working ( I started young at 15 1/2 yrs old ) we still talked. It was way better when we didn't live together. 
    While pregnant my mom passed away. It was devastating. There I was 7 months and 2 weeks pregnant and my mom of 38 yrs passed away. So the last bit of my pregnancy I ate and shopped. By the time I had my little girl I weighed in at 234lbs before and after her birth 200.
    After having my daughter we ended up PCSing to Australia. Where I live is in the middle of nowhere. So the things that people do here are drink and eat. I mean Australia is known for its love of the alcohol. So I gained weight. I got up to around 215 lbs and then got pregnant with my second and last child. During this pregnancy I got really sick. For a couple of days all I did was get sick. It got bad to where I was in the emergency room and was given medication. After getting sick I really didn't eat much. I ate subway, took my vitamins, and stayed in the house. I had trouble getting around because he was so big. At 5 months pregnant he was so big that it was getting to the point where I would almost pass out and need to hang over to get my heart rate under control. When I had my son I weighed in at 215 lbs. After having him I had complications. I got sick again and had to have multiple surgeries after having him. I lost a lot of blood. I had to spend 10 days not eating. Which was easy with all the medication I was on. By the time I was able to eat I weighed in at 170 lbs. With blood lose and not eating that was my lowest weight in awhile. But as soon as I started eating I got right back up to 210. I started working out in July of 2011 and have so far lost 5 lbs. I am limited in what exercise I can do because I need to have more surgeries.
 I have a want to be able to look at myself naked and be pleased. So I will start a pretty drastic diet in hopes that it would put me on the road I wish to travel. The last time I weighed myself which was 4 days ago I weighed 205lbs. The highest weight I have ever reached was 234lbs. I am setting my goal at 145lbs. If I can get lower I will be super happy about it. 
So here I go. Ready for whatever may come my way.
